Historical Weapons

Historical Weapons competitions last 30 minutes, during which 13 shots are fired, of which the 10 with the highest value are counted as valid. The different modalities are:

25 meter tests

Kuchenreuter: Single shot percussion pistol, rifled barrel of any caliber, original and replica.
Cominazzo: Single shot flintlock pistol, smooth barrel, minimum inner diameter of 11 mm, original and replica.
Colt: Revolver with free percussion, original only.
Mariette: Free percussion revolver, replicas only.
Tanzutsu: Single shot Japanese type matchlock pistol, free caliber

Tests at 50 meters

Donald malson: Free-percussion revolver, original or replica.
Remington: Sum of the modalities of Donald Malson and Colt or Mariette.
Miguelete: Smooth bore military flintlock musket, original and replica.
Tanegashima: Smoothbore matchlock musket, original (Japanese style) and replica (freestyle).
Hizadai: Same as above but in knee position.
Vetterli: Any matchlock, flintlock or percussion musket, original and replica.
Pennsylvania: Spark-free rifle of any caliber, original and replica.
Lamarmora: Military percussion rifle, caliber greater than 13.5 mm, original and replica.

Tests at 100 meters


Maximilian: Spark-free rifle of any caliber, original and replica.
Minie: Military percussion rifle, caliber greater than 13.5 mm, original and replica.
Whitworth: Percussion rifle that cannot be used in Minié, original and replica.
Walkyria: Free or military percussion rifle, original and replica, ladies only.

Plate tests

In the target modalities, 2 series are fired in 60 minutes each and of 25 targets in 5 firing points. There is a reduced version of only 25 targets, used in the President's Cup phases.

Shawl: Spark free shotgun of any caliber, original and replica.
Lorenzoni: Percussion free shotgun of any caliber, original and replica.

Modalities of Metallic Cartridge with Black Gunpowder


Piñal: 25 meter mode for pistol or metal cartridge revolver with black powder, the .22 caliber, original or replica is excluded.
Nuñez de Castro: 50-meter mode for carbine or rifle with original or replica black powder metal cartridge.
Freire and Brull: 100 meters mode for carbine or rifle with original or replica black powder metal cartridge.
